This is the interview with Dr. Samuel Milham.

Dr. Samuel Milham is a distinguished epidemiologist and public health expert whose pioneering research has linked electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure to chronic diseases of modern civilization. A graduate of Union College (B.S., 1954) and Albany Medical College (M.D., 1958), Dr. Milham also earned an M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health in 1961. His academic achievements include honors such as Alpha Omega Alpha and the Fuller Chemistry Prize.

Dr. Milham’s career spans decades of service and innovation in public health. He served as an epidemiologist with the Washington State Department of Health (1968–1992), where he led groundbreaking studies on chronic disease and occupational health. His expertise extends to academic roles, including appointments as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington and an Adjunct Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

In his influential book, Dirty Electricity: Electrification and the Diseases of Civilization, Dr. Milham exposes the connection between EMF exposure and conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. He warns of the health risks posed by modern technologies such as cell phones, Wi-Fi, and broadband. A recipient of prestigious awards like the Robert Carl Strom Foundation Humanitarian Award, Dr. Milham continues to advocate for safer co-existence with technology.

To check for stray electricity in the outlet ground, use a multimeter that can measure mV AC (look at the specs of your meter and lower V AC is in mV) and follow this guide: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19YrLZwNsV/?mibextid=wwXIfr

To check for dirty electricity in your outlet ground, you need an oscilloscope (https://amzn.to/49Yax7k). Here’s my guide: https://articles.andrew-doan.com/which-grounding-method-will-you-pick-for-your-body/

There is also dirty electricity in the live wire of your electrical system, which has been associated with numerous human illnesses. See Dr. Samuel Milham’s book (https://amzn.to/4jeSGNR) You need the Greenwave or Stetzer-Graham meter. Using the Greenwave meter, dirty electricity (EMI) levels should be below 25 millivolts (mV). Levels between 25 and 50 mV are marginal and should be reduced if possible. Levels above 50 mV are undesirable and steps should be taken to lower them. A good rule of thumb is to reduce local levels of dirty electricity (EMI) to less that 50 mV or by at least 80% on a majority of outlets in your environment. The lower you can get dirty electricity, the better!

Dirty electricity filters are used to reduce dirty electricity in the live wire using capacitors to absorb the spikes and fill in the troughs. General rule for installing filters: Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Media Room, Home ,Office: 3-4 filters each. Bedroom, Dining Room, Laundry Room: 2 filters each
